The Opportunity:

Step into a high-impact leadership role where you’ll take charge of our New Car Sales Department and deliver the signature Volkswagen experience to every customer.
 

Working alongside experienced leadership and a high-performing Finance & Insurance team, you will:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Consultants to consistently exceed targets
• Drive sales volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction benchmarks
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships in a premium automotive environment

With an uncapped commission structure, your earning potential is in your hands.
