Job Summary Responsible for day-to-day safe and efficient operation of into-plane and GSE fueling operations including activity scheduling, manpower planning, fuel quality audits, budgeting/forecasting, and performance management
The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring that customer service standards are met, and contract services are performed
The expected pay rate is $80,910 annually

Your activities Actively (through subordinate staff members) maintain a safe and efficient operation to effect operational efficiency and economy
Accountable for ensuring customer standards are met and contract services are performed
Ensures that company safety and health policies are enforced
Ensures that FAA, TSA, IATA, ATA, U.S
Customs, airport authority and Company rules and regulations are complied with
Ensures compliance with ATA 103 Fuel Quality Control Specification, NFPA 407 and FAR Part 139.321
Through subordinate staff members monitors time and attendance tracking and manages staff to reduce dependence on overtime
Liaise regularly with all customers, airport authority and governmental agency representatives
Coach/counsel, discipline employees who violate company policy
Confers with branch administrative personnel and reviews activity, operating and sales reports to determine adequacy of services or determines changes as required
Achieve location, employee and aircraft incident/accident KPIs
Achieve location on-time performance KPIs
Achieve location financial performance KPIs
Your profile College Level Degree preferred Minimum of eight years into-plane experience, with five years in a management role required
Must have strong organizational skills, detailed oriented Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical or operating procedures or government regulations, documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables
