Job Description
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team, who will closely collaborate with newly formed operational teams taking over agenda from Germany
What you’ll be doing: Searching for opportunities to develop the knowledge and skills of a newly established team Cooperation on development activities with supervisors and managers of the dedicated team Designing, delivering, and assessing training sessions on soft skills and technical knowledge
Calibrating calls and performance metrics to ensure quality standards across the team
Providing regular feedback to team members to support their growth and development
Preparing training plans, tracking progress, and generating reports for management review
Monitoring and evaluating the success of training initiatives through KPIs and feedback from participants
Collaborating with other departments to ensure training efforts align with organizational goals and values
What you’ll bring: Minimum secondary education
Czech or Polish language at a native level
Fluency in German (C1 level or native speaker) Good command of English (minimum level B2)
Advanced skills in MS Office and strong PC skills
Excellent communication
Stress resistance and the ability to motivate and engage others
Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work independently
Proven ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Experience in training or coaching roles is an advantage
