You will lead high-impact research, evaluation, and advisory programs focused on customer energy solutions and electrification initiatives. Acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on project leader, you will guide multidisciplinary teams in delivering actionable insights that shape utility programs and market transformation efforts. You will work closely with clients to define problems, design research approaches, and translate findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations. The role blends client leadership, analytical rigor, and program management in a highly collaborative consulting environment. You will also contribute to advancing best practices in building electrification, customer engagement, and energy program evaluation.
