Overview Paid Social Account Director Performics (Publicis Media) | London, White City 🚀 Why this role? This isn’t your standard Paid Social role. You’ll be working directly with Meta, partnering with them to deliver global social campaigns across some of the most exciting platforms in the industry—TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Pinterest. These aren’t small, siloed campaigns either. You’ll be shaping large-scale, high-impact activity across both B2C and B2B audiences, focused on awareness and consideration—right at the point where brands build momentum and influence real decisions. Responsibilities What you’ll be doing As a Paid Social Account Director, you’ll lead from the front—owning strategy, guiding clients and empowering your team to deliver their best work. [Paid Socia...D 2025 (4) | Word] A typical week might include: Leading multi-platform Paid Social strategy and activation across a diverse channel mix Acting as a senior partner to Meta stakeholders, helping them navigate an evolving media landscape Using data and testing frameworks to prove the impact of social and unlock new opportunities Driving innovation and experimentation across platforms, tech and formats Collaborating with wider media teams to keep social fully integrated into broader plans Building and developing a high-performing, motivated team Qualifications What we’re looking for You’re likely already operating at Account Director (or ready to step into it) and comfortable leading both people and clients: Strong experience across Paid Social strategy, activation and client leadership A clear point of view on platforms, innovation and the future of social Confidence managing complex clients and large-scale campaigns A balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence A collaborative, people-first leadership style What’s in it for you?
