Job Description
- Oversee the computing and networking operations of a data center site. Ensure Service Level Objectives (SLOs) are met and team performance is aligned to those goals.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of technical staff to meet objectives. Take responsibility for the management and implementation of multiple projects for your team.
- Ensure data center related priorities are consistent with company objectives.
- Work with others to set and implement short-term and long-term strategy for the site and identify problems and create solutions for computing and network architecture. Weekend or off-hours support may be required.
