Design Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project planning, timeline creation, milestone scheduling, and KPI monitoring across design modelling activities;
• Manage cost estimation for clay, resin, structural frames, supports, and hard components;
• Monitor budgets identify risks and deviations;
• Track progress, delays, deliverables, and risks; prepare structured weekly status updates;
• Prepare professional presentations and documentation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in automotive design project management, planning, or program coordination;
• Strong capability in timeline management, milestone tracking;
• Experience with budget tracking, cost estimation, and financial monitoring;
• Familiarity with materials and components used for prototype model building (clay, resin, structures, hard parts);
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, InDesign; strong communication and documentation skills.
