The position sits at the center of enterprise value creation, driving strategic initiatives across merger integration, corporate development, and operational transformation. You will oversee complex, multi-workstream programs that directly influence profitability, synergy realization, and long-term growth. Acting as a key advisor to executive leadership, you will translate strategy into execution across multiple business lines and shared services. The role combines deep analytical rigor with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, PE-driven environment. You will also lead and develop team members while shaping scalable operating models and governance frameworks.
