This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager based in Italy.

This role sits at the heart of enterprise customer engagement, where you will act as a trusted advisor guiding complex organizations through the adoption and expansion of advanced enterprise IT solutions. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring customers successfully onboard, adopt, and scale products across cloud, infrastructure, and open-source environments. The role combines strategic account management with hands-on coordination of technical and operational teams to deliver measurable business value. You will proactively identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure strong customer retention across a diverse portfolio. Working in a fully remote, globally distributed environment, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Support teams.
