The ideal candidate should possess technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills whilst experienced in access control systems plus network security. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support on the client’s range of access control solutions and will be in direct contact with B2B end clients to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal product usage.   Responsibilities:  Provide training and technical support to customers regarding system functionalities.  Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.  Provide quality project pre-sale support such as selecting products, requirements collection and analysis, designing solution, PoC support and product/solution demonstration  Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.  Provide project delivery and maintenance support including installation guide, function demonstration, operation guide and issue resolving service etc.  Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.  Manage and distribute technical documents to customers when required.  Collaborate with internal teams and external integrators to ensure successful implementation of security solutions.  Analyze customer and user requirements to design effective access control solutions.  Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and performance issues.  Write technical documentation and collaborate with Technical Writers.  Recommend new technologies and improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.    Qualifications/Skills & Essential Experience:  Fluent in English   Rrelevant experience in an IT environment with a bachelor’s degree or Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant software/computer related field  Strong IT/Network skills and be action-oriented with good hands-on ability  Familiarity with various types of access control technologies, such as biometric, card access, and key fob systems  Proficiency with access management software  Strong understanding of security protocols and policies  Solution/deadline driven and high attention to details  Experience in technical support or a related field, specifically with access control systems and related software  Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.  Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary    Additional preferences:  Additional languages will be an advantage   Your journey with us We always aim to provide a fair and valuable recruitment process for everyone.
