Medical Assistant - Substance Use Treatment (OBOT)

The Medically Assisted Treatment Medical Assistant-Case Manager provides administrative support with program data collection, maintenance and reporting. The Medical Assistant provides assistance to the patients and providers to manage the flow of program visits and services across CHC. The Medical Assistant will assist with data collection and entering into the appropriate systems, and that follow up with patients to coordinate appointments is completed. The position works in conjunction with the RN-OBOT and the Nurse Manager-Fitchburg, and demonstrates excellent decision making skill, problem solving, and attention to detail. The position is responsible for highly sensitive information, which requires a clear understanding of medical and behavioral health confidentiality.
