Responsibilities Help clients maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their affiliate spend by building and interpreting program performance data Coordinate with Media Buyers and Planners to execute Media Plans on behalf of clients managing, budget allocation, ensuring implementation of media, coordinating with affiliate publishers, platform enablement etc. Build relationships with clients and vendors to foster long-term success Negotiate approved executions – TV (including linear optimized), Radio & OLV Working with specialty teams to identify and implement efficient business practice. Work with media vendors regarding tactical aspects of the media buy to achieve campaign objectives and/or fulfill a client request Manage contracts/ insertion orders and any resulting revisions with media vendors Input broadcast/OLV media buys Actualize media spending Assist with financials Clearing of invoice Train media assistants, media buyers Prepare/develop reports in PowerPoint & Excel – routine & custom reports Usage of all media related systems Additional information Publicis Groupe concluded the year 2024 as the world's largest advertising group, driven by strong performance, including an organic growth rate of 6.3% in the fourth quarter, leading to a 5.8% increase for the full year.
