Due to business growth, we are currently hiring a Full Time Accounts Receivable Officer based out of our Hamilton Brisbane office, on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, this role will see you ensure residents are billed accurately, payments are collected and recorded correctly, and any billing issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Process and collect resident rental fees, utilities and charges, including receipting and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate resident billing records, statements and ledgers, ensuring all revenue is correctly coded
Partner with Asset Services to manage new, vacating and exiting residents (charges, bonds, refunds)
Investigate and resolve outstanding accounts, working with residents, families, Centrelink and auditors
Support reporting, system testing, end‑of‑month tasks and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
Solid accounts receivable experience, ideally in a high‑volume billing environment
Strong understanding of accounting principles with sharp attention to detail
Confidence using Excel and financial systems (JDE or similar highly regarded)
A customer‑first mindset with clear, empathetic written and verbal communication
Ability to manage priorities, work autonomously and find practical solutions
