Know you matter. Join us and help bring great experiences to life, starting with you!    Due to business growth, we are currently hiring a Full Time Accounts Receivable Officer based out of our Hamilton Brisbane office, on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.  Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, this role will see you ensure residents are billed accurately, payments are collected and recorded correctly, and any billing issues are resolved quickly and professionally.   Benefits  Heavily discounted accommodation at Ingenia Holiday Parks  Retailer discounts  Novated Lease options   Hybrid working options    Key Responsibilities  Process and collect resident rental fees, utilities and charges, including receipting and bank reconciliations Maintain accurate resident billing records, statements and ledgers, ensuring all revenue is correctly coded Partner with Asset Services to manage new, vacating and exiting residents (charges, bonds, refunds) Investigate and resolve outstanding accounts, working with residents, families, Centrelink and auditors Support reporting, system testing, end‑of‑month tasks and continuous improvement initiatives   About You  Solid accounts receivable experience, ideally in a high‑volume billing environment Strong understanding of accounting principles with sharp attention to detail Confidence using Excel and financial systems (JDE or similar highly regarded) A customer‑first mindset with clear, empathetic written and verbal communication Ability to manage priorities, work autonomously and find practical solutions   Recruitment Process  Apply via Ingenia’s website (no cover letter needed)  Phone conversation with Talent Acquisition team  Interviews  Background Checks  Receive your offer, and join your team that values your contribution and collaboration  All applicants must be able to work in Australia and provide evidence of working rights, as well as undergo a National Police Check.    To learn more about what it’s like to work with Ingenia, take a look at our LinkedIn page here.
