Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in supporting clients in recovery. This role involves monitoring client safety, assisting with daily activities, documenting observations, and providing emotional support throughout the treatment process. The Mental Health Technician works closely with clinical staff to ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and handle sensitive information

• Experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment is a plus
