Office of Recovery Services, Office Specialist I Join our team and contribute to our communities by helping the Utah Office of Recovery Services (ORS) in our mission to promote responsibility. We help ensure that parents are financially responsible for their children by providing child support services and support for children in care. ORS also helps ensure public funds are used appropriately through our Medicaid Recovery efforts. Responsibilities We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated person who will provide office support by completing a variety of tasks such as: Greeting and assisting ORS clients in the ORS lobby Ensuring the lobby is clean and well-stocked Accurately receipting payments Preparing outgoing process service paperwork or working the return of that paperwork Other duties may include sending insurance cards to ORS clients and managing fleet mileage sheets The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face for ORS in the Taylorsville State Office Building location. They must have: Strong customer service and communication skills with an ability to assist people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism, without prejudice or bias. Exceptional attention to detail and be well organized. Ability to multi-task and quickly make decisions. Desire to learn new skills.
