Role Overview We are seeking a strategic, dynamic and results-driven Agency Sales Lead to manage and expand our regional agency partnerships in Korea. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with media agencies, a deep understanding of digital advertising landscapes, and a strong grasp of e-commerce business models.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage results-driven and fast growing sales teams in Korea
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and agency engagement for the region as well as individual country
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Product Marketing, Marketing, Operations, Strategy tea, to tailor digital advertising solutions that meet client objectives and optimize both e-commerce and non-ecommerce performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within digital ads and e-commerce to stay ahead of the competition.
- Conduct regular market analysis and provide insights to enhance sales strategies and agency collaboration.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings within the region.
- Track sales performance metrics and report progress to senior management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in agency sales or account management within the digital advertising and/or e-commerce sectors.
- Has experience working with agencies and/or has strong networks and relationships with media agencies in SEA.
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising formats, platforms (e.g., programmatic, social, search), and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with e-commerce business models, marketplaces, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High level of Korean proficiency and English both oral and written for business communication, organizational prowess, analytical acumen to interpret data and trends effectively, and ability to work with APAC and global partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team across different time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
