Job Description
Install, configure, and maintain the CyberArk PAS Self-Hosted environment to ensure secure and reliable privileged access management. Provide daily operational support for the PAM environment, ensuring system stability and performance. Support IT and non-IT end users in effectively using CyberArk solutions and privileged access tools. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution. Collaborate with and guide the international PAM team on best practices, implementation, and operational support. Work with CyberArk and related Identity Security solutions, ensuring seamless integration within the broader security ecosystem. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Identity Security practices and support related security initiatives within the organization.
