Responsibilities:
Oversee the practical planning and execution of building projects, responsible for coordinating on-site operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and detailed work timetables.
- Resource Management: Coordinate labor resources and oversee the timely procurement of materials and equipment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
- On-site Supervision: Manage subcontractors, direct daily construction activities, and resolve scheduling delays or on-site emergencies.
- Quality & Compliance: Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with architectural specifications, legal regulations, and safety codes.
