Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise project teams at construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with office-based teams to align site activities with project planning, design, and client requirements.
- Manage and coordinate vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor daily progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure compliance with project schedules and specifications.
- Track site-level expenses and resource usage, supporting the Project Head in overall budget management.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Head for communication with stakeholders.
- Enforce safety protocols and proactively identify risks to minimize delays or hazards.
- Mentor and motivate site staff, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
