The Position
As a member of the Key Account Management team, your responsibilities will include the following:
Top 50 Client Portfolio Management : Manage, retain, and grow key accounts based in France and Europe. Your first objective is to make our customers happy and loyal.
Business Development : Identify upselland cross-sell opportunities with existing clients. Helping our customers think out of the box to maximize their sales operations and therefore boost the strength of Lemonway’s value proposition.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, coordinate with other teams, ensure your customer portfolio overall satisfaction and quickly resolve any issues that arise in short delays.
Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports, and suggest areas for improvement. Update information and forecasts in Salesforce.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the product, support, and compliance teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.
