In this senior leadership role, you will oversee globally distributed technical teams, define scalable service delivery standards, and ensure successful deployment of enterprise software solutions supporting complex public sector transformation initiatives. Working closely with project managers, solution experts, and product development teams, you will drive operational excellence, foster collaboration across regions, and contribute to the continuous evolution of implementation methodologies.
