Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth by identifying and developing new customer and project opportunities Liaise within the Branch and global network, ensuring a consistent business approach Build and maintain strong customer relationships and account development plans Collaborate with internal teams and the global network to maximize business opportunities Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and business development activities Maintain an effective project and customer management plan that includes a formalized review structure and business plan for each client on an ongoing basis to ensure maximization of all business offerings Prepare and manage quotations, RFQs, customer reports, and sales analyses Maintain accurate customer records, CRM updates, and business databases Monitor and report on performance against targets, KPIs, and budgets Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, health safety, and environmental standards
