We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Club Manager to lead daily club operations, drive membership growth, and deliver an exceptional member experience. Key Responsibilities
As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving new member acquisition through lead generation and conversions

  • Engaging with leads and existing members through calls, follow-ups, and in-person interactions

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term member relationships

  • Supporting Personal Trainers by generating and referring qualified leads

  • Ensuring the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently at all times

  • Meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets

  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve member experience and club performance

  • Leading by example in creating a positive, energetic, and welcoming club culture

Previous gym management experience is not required, as full training will be provided. However, prior sales or customer-facing experience is highly valued.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred)

  • Senior First Aid Certificate (or equivalent)

  • CPR Certification

  • Working With Children Check

  • National Police Check
