How You’ll Spend Your Day

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Build and manage the enterprise Power Apps & Power Automate roadmap aligned with the delivery needs. Identify modernization and automation opportunities across SHM units.
  • Align with M365 roadmap, transformation goals, and architecture standards.

Platform Governance, Architecture & Standards

  • Collaborate with M365 Operations & Governance, Compliance & Purview, and Security to apply environment, connector, DLP, ALM, and lifecycle policies consistently.
  • Partner with M365 Solution Architecture / Power Platform Architects to ensure platform‑level readiness, Dataverse strategy, and scalable design standards.

Demand Management & SHM Alignment (Updated per your request)

  • Own the intake and prioritization of Power Apps and Power Automate demands
  • Classify demands into citizen dev, fusion team, or professional development
  • Ensure consistent delivery patterns and quality standards
  • Work closely with Delivery Liaisons from all SHM units to deeply understand automation needs, process digitization opportunities, and recurring challenges.
  • Create value adding enterprise tools/ library to be introduced as Digital Products in the Teva's Front Door to consolidate SHM demand and classify requests into citizen development, fusion team delivery, or central build.
  • Assess demands for architecture compliance, environment fit, and governance alignment before prioritization.

Adoption, Enablement & Democratization

  • Partner with the Personal Productivity & Democratization Team to ensure makers and SHM teams have high‑quality templates, UX patterns, and onboarding support.
  • Work with AI Literacy and DDAI Literacy roles to ensure users are trained to derive full value from Power Platform capabilities.
  • Support the growth of the maker community, reuse patterns, and standardization.

Value & Performance Tracking

  • Define and track KPIs such as solution usage, automation hours saved, and legacy process reduction.
  • Ensure solutions deliver measurable ROI and adhere to enterprise guardrails.
Required skills

Your Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years in Product Management, Platform Ownership, or Enterprise Enablement
  • Hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Background working in regulated enterprise environments
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power Platform CoE, ALM pipelines, and managed environments
  • Familiarity with M365 governance and architecture models
  • Agile or Lean product management experience
English (at least one required)
