This role sits at the critical intersection of customer success, technical delivery, and enterprise onboarding, ensuring that complex engineering teams successfully adopt a powerful collaboration platform from day one. You will be responsible for guiding customers from signed contract through to full operational adoption, translating their goals into configured, functional environments. The position combines hands-on technical setup, user enablement, and change management across large engineering organizations. You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Education teams to ensure onboarding is seamless, scalable, and continuously improving. This is a highly cross-functional role where your work directly shapes customer activation, retention, and long-term success. You will also play a foundational role in defining how onboarding is delivered as the function scales. The environment is fast-moving, collaborative, and deeply customer-focused, with strong emphasis on both technical depth and communication excellence.
