How You will contribute?

  • Lead the global additives and contract manufacturing business strategy, translating market trends and business priorities into clear commercial and operational action plans.

  • Drive international sales growth and expand strategic partner networks, identifying new markets, leading key negotiations, and building long-term customer relationships.

  • Own annual business planning and financial performance, including volume, margin, Operating Expenditure (OPEX), Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), and Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) targets, to support sustainable business growth.

  • Shape the additives product portfolio and development roadmap, working closely with sales, product development, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to meet evolving customer and market needs.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and decision-making, ensuring compliance, managing business risks, and supporting strategic initiatives across the MOL Group organization.

 

What you bring to the Team?

Educational Background: You have a University or College degree preferably in chemistry, chemical engineering or a related technical/scientific field.

Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of industry experience in technical commercial, sales, or product management roles with a few years leadershipment experience included. Experience working in an international business environment and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

 

Skills & Mindset:

  • Confident verbal and written communication skills in English,

  • Strong understanding of sales, finance and accounting, legal, logistics, product, and production processes,

  • User-level knowledge of SAP, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and Microsoft Office tools,

  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills ,

  • Commercially driven mindset with the ability to balance growth opportunities and business performance,

  • Category B driving license (valid driver’s license).
