Business Development Manager, Delrin®
As Business Development Manager, you will help to propel Delrin® to new heights! We're seeking a results-driven individual to spearhead growth initiatives, exceed annual targets, and expand our market presence. Your role will involve fostering lucrative customer relationships, orchestrating regional contract negotiations, crafting strategic account plans, and delivering invaluable competitor insights. Responsibilities:
Adherence to company core values, code of conduct.
Manage Key accounts for Delrin® business, build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities at target accounts, and drive application/business development, especially in automotive passive safety, chassis system and etc.,
Develop local and global account business plans with growth objectives, and work with customers and internal resources to deliver the plans.
Work with global key account managers and global marketing managers to support the local business growth.
Coordinate Japanese key accounts oversea activities and business development.
Understand Delrin® value proposition and competitive benchmarking to identify a new opportunity at the automotive market.
Understand the entire value chains, market trend, strength/weakness, threat, and related business opportunities for the responsible segments/applications, and develop growth plans for these segments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above required, prefer major in Polymer, Material Science, Engineering, Automotive and etc.
Good in both Japanese and English, with great communication skills.
5+ years in sales & development experience, MBA is plus.
Excellent key accounts developing experience and skills.
A strong team player with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in multi-cultural groups to achieve business goals.
Self-motivated, proactive, aggressive, initiative, result oriented.
Systems and tools: Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com (desirable).
50%+ travel time are required.
