Track ~ Asst. Coach (Throws)

Minimum Stipend Offered: $3,845

Purpose Statement:

Extra-curricular activities are a vital extension of the student experience, offering opportunities for skill development, positive character growth, and strong relationships. As a Track Assistant Coach, you will inspire, motivate, and teach students track-specific skills while encouraging personal development and fostering teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing practice schedules, strategies, and event plans.
• Teach track-specific skills and techniques to students.
• Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive character traits.
• Build supportive relationships with students, staff, and the community.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Completion of at least 60 college credit hours prior to coaching.
