We are seeking an experienced and motivated Coordinator, Scheduling & Team Member Support to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of Part Time Scheduling & Team Member Support for Player 15 Group, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Support the hiring, onboarding, scheduling & communication for 500+ arena part-time Team Members across Guest Services, Traffic Support, & Security
Oversee monthly Team Member schedules & weekly time approval, focusing on creating a consistent and efficient process
Collaborate with People & Culture to support hiring events and onboarding
Assist Team Members with questions related to uniforms, training, account access, schedules, and pay
Run regular reports on staffing data and make recommendations to leadership
Prepare event cost recaps and support the event settlement process
Assist with uniform inventory management and distribution.
Other duties as assigned.
What We Need from Our Coordinator, Scheduling & Team Member Support :
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions
A passion for Team Member engagement and delivering excellent service
Self-driven individual who is able to balance scheduling and administrative work around an event-based calendar
Ability to work non-traditional schedule based on event and Team Member needs (some nights and weekends included)
Experience/ Education Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred:
2-3 years in an administrative or guest services role
Previous experience with ABI or scheduling systems
Previous experience with reporting and data analysis
