I’m Nils Hülsmann , and I’m hiring a Head of Sales (Sea Air) to join our team in Hamburg. This role sits close to customers, the sales team, and daily commercial decisions. You’ll help shape how we approach opportunities, tenders, and commercial discussions - and how sales and operations work together. This role covers both development of own-owned customers and strengthening our global agent network. What you’ll do • Lead a sales team of 2 (senior + junior profiles) • Drive sales activities across Sea Air • Act as a sparring partner on tenders, pricing, pipeline, and forecasting • Meet customers regularly • Support and oversee around 200 pricing inquiries per month together with inside sales • Work closely with operations, agents, and Sales Managers across LEMAN The team you’ll join You’ll lead a small sales team in Hamburg that values clear communication, trust, and collaboration. The team is looking for a leader they can spar with and rely on when it comes to tenders, quotes, and commercial judgement. The culture is direct, open, and pragmatic.
