- Pay $18-$30 per hour based on experience
- Locate and diagnose residential drain and sewer issues, assessing the scope of work required.
- Clearly explain problems and repair options to homeowners with transparent cost assessments.
- Clean, unclog, and maintain sewer and drain lines using professional-grade equipment.
- Complete all service records, warranties, and paperwork accurately via our mobile platform.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company truck while adhering to all safety and service standards.
- Actively participate in morning huddles, technical training sessions, and team retreats.
- Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of plumbing systems.
- Some drain cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right "coachable" candidate.
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and professional in "messy" situations.
- Strong verbal and written skills to connect with customers and the team.
- A proven attendance record, a valid driver’s license (insurable), and the ability to pass a drug screen/background check.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs.
- Ability to frequent stoop, kneel and crouch to work in tight spaces.
- Ability to climb and work from ladders.
- Must be able to work in both extreme heat and cold, as well as adverse weather conditions.
- Must be able to push, pull, and carry heavy equipment.
Pay Range: $18 - $30 per hour
