Job Description
In this position you will serve as a vital contact for employees engaged in assignments, transfers and relocations, covering both international and domestic movements. This role encompasses liaising with clients, internal teams and mobility suppliers. It involves providing operational support, adeptly managing inquiries and serving as the main escalation point for any issues related to global mobility.
Possible responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Assist as a point of contact for mobile employees on policies, procedures and taxes
Help ensure compliance with personal and/or corporate tax regulations
Collaborate with HR and client teams for smooth employee deployment
Maintain records and assist with reporting to management
Support process improvements and automation initiatives
Liaise with internal teams and territories to resolve queries
Provide excellent support to employees and/or assignees and clients
Assist with other global mobility tasks as needed
Qualifications
Education: you have a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Payroll, HR or a related field (recently graduated or in the final year)
You have an interest in accounting and payroll
You have an excellent command of Microsoft Office Excel and Google Suite
You are fluent in both our working languages Greek and English
You enjoy working in teams and look for an open-minded and friendly environment
Accuracy, a critical mind-set and good writing skills
You have a drive and dynamism that contributes to the team spirit
