Location: REMOTE (Travel to Bradenton, FL one/quarter is required)
Base Salary Rate: $102,931.00 - $121,095.00

About This Role
The Marketing Manager within the Commercial Fire business unit at KGS develops and markets a comprehensive product portfolio to protect buildings, people and assets as part of global brands including Edwards, Kidde Commercial, ModuLaser and GST.

Key Responsibilities
Drive category and brand leadership via downstream marketing activities including value propositions, campaigns to increase awareness, develop and execute product launches, messaging, claims, advertising, promotion, and digital marketing initiatives
Lead product launches to enable our sales teams and channel partners with the right tools & collateral such as brochures, videos, case studies to succeed in the market; Develop, execute, and track commercialization plans for NPDs
Drive effective go to market strategies to introduce new products and promote incremental growth with existing customers and expand our customer base
Lead research projects, collaborate with agencies to identify customer insights, develop and execute a marketing strategy, campaigns, product launches & promotions
Support planning, project management and flawless execution of multiple trade shows and external and internal events
Collaborate with product team to develop optimal portfolio pricing, structure and guardrails. Must be familiar with the NPD stage gate process
Manage promotion calendar with the market–back inputs from commercial partners
Able to develop digital marketing programs to elevate brands and products to generate awareness and drive purchase. Activities include digital content creation, SEO development of measurable KPI’s to determine program effectiveness
Ability to develop market size by region or category, competitive landscapes
Be well versed with strategic marketing, segmentation and branding principles and execution
Optimally utilize brand marketing budgets to increase brand equity, revenues & profitability
Demonstrate a relentless focus on customers and end users, ability to conduct VOC for insights on buying journey, key impact points and impactful launches
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing end-to-end product launches using Stage-Gate methodology and strategic messaging development.
5+ years' relevant professional experience in a B2B environment with strategic and downstream marketing including campaign development and execution, promotions, advertising, digital marketing, pricing, channel management
Excellent communication skills to effectively and proactively communicate across different functional teams, customers and global internal stakeholders in a matrix environment
Experience collaborating with market research agencies
Excellent teamwork skills, Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with sales, and product management is especially important
True ownership mentality, effective organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking skills, etc.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently to deliver business results
Proven proficiency with a core marketing technology stack, such as SFMC, Google Analytics 4, etc.
