Business Operations Analyst II

In this role, you’ll own core and advanced business analysis across medium-to-large projects or complex workstreams, maintaining a single source of truth for requirements, flows, decisions, and risks. You’ll partner with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to run discovery through interviews, workshops, and shadowing, translating needs into structured requirements. You’ll create end-to-end process maps, RACI matrices, and SIPOC diagrams, documenting measurable acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
