Job Summary

This position is responsible for accurate and timely performance of various test methodologies in an appropriate manner and for reporting test results to patient care areas so that laboratory services consistently provide high quality patient care.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science or Bachelor's in some other field of study AND completion of a Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science program or combination of relevant education & experience considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree

 

Experience

 

  • 2 years experience in hospital laboratory operations and point of care testing support preferred

 

Certification and Licensure

 

  • ASCP eligible

 

Required Skills

 

  • Computer Skills to include use and navigation
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Multitasking
