You will work on complex sustainability challenges affecting coffee and cocoa production, translating research and analytics into practical, measurable solutions. The position combines quantitative rigor with real-world implementation, requiring frequent engagement with farming communities across Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia. You will evaluate and shape initiatives spanning sustainable agriculture, climate impact, and financial inclusion. Operating in a mission-driven, highly international environment, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to drive meaningful, on-the-ground change. This is a hands-on role for someone motivated by impact, field exposure, and solving high-complexity problems at scale.
