Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and execute work orders for Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for engineering systems, including electrical, civil, infrastructure, plumbing, and building services.
- Perform and supervise repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities for engineering systems and facilities to ensure operational reliability.
- Ensure efficient operations and functionality of engineering installations, equipment, and facility systems.
- Monitor and maintain engineering facilities and critical areas such as generator sets, LV switch rooms, chiller plants, water pump rooms, and other plant rooms to ensure safety and security.
- Lead and supervise technicians and support day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure service standards are achieved.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with quality, occupational safety, health, environmental requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Support vendor and contractor management activities, including monitoring service quality, reviewing work scope, and ensuring contractual requirements are met.
- Assist in managing maintenance budgets, engineering records, customer complaints, and operational improvements to enhance service delivery and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Civil Engineering, Maintenance, or related disciplines from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or facility management within building management, township management, district management, or related environments.
