ポジション名: 群馬工場 生産本部 生産技術・保全マネージャー
職務概要:
製品の製造に関わるライン、設備、型、治工具の計画・設計・導入を統括し、安定的かつ円滑な生産活動に寄与する。TPMの導入・推進を通じて設備総合効率(OEE)を最大化させ、プロセスの維持・改善、およびコスト削減を実現すべく、人員やリソースの管理を行い、高い顧客満足度を提供する。また、工場敷地内施設およびユーティリティの維持管理、改善を担い、工場の安定運営を確保する責任を負う。
主な業務内容:
生産設備の設計・導入・構築: 新製品リリース毎に上長承認を得て、生産・QA・生産管理・購買等の関連部門と連携し、原価低減・品質向上に直結する全生産ライン・設備の構築・改造・変更を行う
工場生産活動の改善と維持: 生産条件の策定、設備の取り扱い指導、および新工法・新材料の開発を行う
TPMの導入・維持管理: TPM活動のマスタープラン策定、自主保全・計画保全の体制構築をリードし、設備のダウンタイム削減と長寿命化を図る
協力企業・サプライヤーへの技術指導: 協力企業・サプライヤー(加工委託先、部品購入先等)からの要請に基づき、技術サポートを提供する
営業活動のサポート: 顧客による工場訪問や工程監査、工程改善・原価低減活動の要請に対し、工程設計・設備管理者として対応する
設備投資・固定資産管理: 設備投資計画(CERプラン)の策定、および導入した機械設備の資産管理を行う
業務改善(Kaizen): 業務上の問題点から真因を特定し、関連部門と連携して改善策の立案・実施を図る
進捗管理と意思決定: 主要会議に出席して経営戦略・部門計画を理解し、部下へ必要な指示を伝達。進捗と効果を検証し、適切なアドバイスを提供する
関係構築: 主要顧客、社内関連部署、インターカンパニー(グループ内企業)等と密に連携し、日常業務の円滑な推進を支援する
人材育成: 組織での役割を自覚し、部下へ適時適切なアドバイスを提供。長期的な発展を見据えた部門内の人材育成を行う
サステナビリティ(SDGs): グローバル方針に準じ、CO2削減目標に向けた活動を推進。顧客からのSDGs関連要請に適宜対応する
グローバル連携: 海外拠点とコミュニケーションを取り、密に連携して業務を遂行する
必要な能力と経験:
学歴: 大卒以上(機械工学関連分野の学士号保持者は尚可)
経験: 製造業での生産技術経験7年以上
資格(尚可): リーン・シックスシグマのグリーンベルト(GB)以上の保持者は尚可
専門スキル: CADを使用した型・治具・設備の設計経験5年以上
マネジメント: 3年以上の組織マネジメント経験
改善実績: 3年以上の業務改善指導の実務経験
分析・管理能力: 作業/工程/時間分析スキル、改善の実践および指導経験、管理指標(KPI)の設定・管理能力
ITスキル: MS Office(Excel/Word)の上級レベル、CAD操作スキル
ソフトスキル: 技術的知見に基づく取引先との円滑な交渉、製品全般の詳細な知識、社内外関係者(上司・他部署・顧客)との高いコミュニケーション・協力能力
思考・姿勢: 市場動向に合わせた柔軟性、独自思考による課題解決能力、経営戦略に基づいた人材育成計画の立案。目標達成に向けたリーダーシップ
語学力: ネイティブレベルの日本語、およびビジネスレベルの英語(TOEIC 730点以上目安)
Job Description
Position Title: Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager (Gunma Plant)
Job Purpose:
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of production lines, equipment, molds, and jigs to ensure stable and smooth manufacturing operations. Drive the implementation and promotion of TPM to maximize operational efficiency / OEE. Manage personnel and resources to maintain processes and achieve cost reductions, while ensuring the stable operation of plant facilities and utilities
Key Accountabilities:
Production System Design & Implementation: Lead the construction, modification, and optimization of all production lines/equipment for new product launches in collaboration with Production, QA, Production Control, and Purchasing to improve cost and quality (pending manager approval)
Operational Maintenance & Improvement: Establish production parameters, provide equipment operation training, and develop innovative manufacturing processes and materials
TPM Implementation & Maintenance: Develop TPM master plans and establish frameworks for autonomous and planned maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
Supplier Technical Guidance: Provide engineering support to component suppliers and partners upon request
Sales & Audit Support: Manage customer visits and process audits related to process improvement or cost reduction requests
CAPEX & Asset Management: Develop Capital Expenditure plans, drive CER approval and manage the lifecycle of installed machinery and fixed assets
Continuous Improvement (Kaizen): Identify issues and root causes, collaborating across departments to plan and implement effective countermeasures
Progress Management & Strategy: Attend key management meetings to align with corporate strategy. Translate department goals into actionable instructions for subordinates, monitor progress, and provide strategic advice
Relationship Management: Maintain close communication with key customers, internal departments, and inter-company stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations
Talent Development: Identify individual roles and provide timely coaching and mentorship to subordinates for the long-term growth of the company and department
Sustainability (SDGs): Drive activities to meet CO2 reduction targets in accordance with global SDG initiatives and address customer-specific sustainability requirements
Global Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate closely with overseas global sites to align on business objectives
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering preferred)
Work Experience: 7+ years of experience in plant/production engineering within the manufacturing industry
Design Experience: 5+ years of experience in designing molds, jigs, and equipment using CAD
Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in organizational/team management
Certification (Preferred): Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (GB) or higher is a significant plus
Improvement Experience: 3+ years of practical experience in leading and coaching operational improvements
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in work/process/time analysis, KPI setting, and management
Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office (Excel/Word) and CAD operation skills
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate technical information effectively with suppliers, detailed knowledge of products, and strong collaborative skills with internal and external stakeholders
Leadership & Thinking: Strategic thinker capable of identifying organizational gaps and executing original solutions. Ability to create talent development plans aligned with corporate policy
Language: Native-level Japanese and Business-level English (TOEIC 730 or equivalent)
