Job Description
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build and evolve agentic and other AI experiences across Search.
- Oversee content design for key work streams, scoping opportunities and delivering high-quality UX deliverables to shape product experiences.
- Collaborate with UX and cross-functional partners to align stakeholder expectations and advocate for user-focused content experiences.
- Drive ideas to improve user experience by analyzing or anticipating user needs and gaps.
- Define and drive the creation of UX writing and content design frameworks and holistic content strategies, including principles, patterns, and systems.
