We are seeking experienced product strategy&operation manager with a passion for solving complex, cross-time-zone challenges. Ideal candidates have a spirit of exploration, actively identifying user needs and pain points, and driving innovative solutions to create impactful opportunities in the sports content ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for high quality sports content and creators' growth, to bring more creativity and value to TikTok
- Develop overall strategy for sports creators, including goal setting, expansion playbooks, metric framework development, and scalable supply strategies applicable across regions.
- Design and iterate creator growth mechanisms, including onboarding, education, monetization, and tiered management approaches.
- Analyze creator ecosystem data to identify gaps and opportunities, and formulate actionable strategies to improve creator retention and activity.
- Collaborate with product, data, and regional teams to implement strategies and build sustainable creator ecosystems.
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in creator operation, ecosystem strategy, or platform strategy in content communities.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to design systematic solutions from a macro perspective.
- Excellent cross-cultural understanding, communication and persuasion, organizational coordination, and execution skills. Results-driven.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Data-savvy, proficient in using data to diagnose problems and measure strategy effectiveness.
- Understanding of sports content creation landscape and creator motivation models.
