Coordinator, Operations & Student Care – College Program

 Scope of Position:The Coordinator, Operations & Student Care supports the execution of community programming, provides relational student care, and contributes to the overall health of the residential community through operational coordination and ministry presence. This individual supports students through both acute needs and leadership development opportunities while helping increase staff presence where additional care and support are needed.
