
International Marketing Executive-Full Time (Caesars Atlantic City)
Job Description
This position is responsible for developing and retaining a loyal mid-level to high level international customer base. This role focuses on building relationships with VIP players, organizing travel and events, maximizing revenue through personalized service. Starting Rate $65,000
• Represents the property in developing, marketing and hosting casino customers.
• Greets customers upon arrival at property and ensures
• Receives and reviews complimentary requests from customers and obtains appropriate approval for complimentaries and comp travel, following departmental guidelines.
• Works with the department leadership to identify and develop new markets that increase market share and profitability
• Works with department leadership to ensure strategies integrate with local market
• Makes recommendations regarding promotional events which may attract new business
• Collaborates the marketing efforts of the department through the support of property special events
• Acts as a liaison between casino personnel and customers
• Position is designated as Atlantic City Operations for cross-property marketing purposes.
• Minimum 3 years prior experience in Casino Host and/or international customer development experience required.
• Knowledge of VIP Marketing, Player Development and Sales programs preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English and additional languages preferred.
• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property and from floor to floor either by stairways or escalator
• Responds to visual and aural cues
• Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment
• Must be able to maneuver around office and property.
