Finnair Business Services is hiring a
People Services Specialist
to support People & Culture team in Tartu, Estonia.
Main responsibilities:
Processing HR requests for the assigned group of employees
Conducting changes in different systems and databases to ensure up-to-date employee and organizational data
Handling employment related questions and providing information about regulations and policies
Preparing reports related to multiple service areas
Identifying improvement opportunities in the processes and participating in process improvement related projects.

You will likely succeed if:
You are precise and notice the details
Know how to plan your time and tasks
You are interested in HR and have previous work experience either from HR related position or another administrative role
You are fluent in English and Estonian and would enjoy being part of a multi-locational team.
