[Summary of the Role] 
We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive a large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation and modernisation initiative. This role will lead discovery, strategy, and experimentation efforts to rethink how HR services, employee experience, and workforce operations should evolve for the future.
You will work across product, design, engineering, policy, and business teams to shape future-state HR journeys, validate ideas through rapid prototyping and POCs, and guide strategic decisions on modern HCM platforms and architecture.

[What the Role Needs to Do] 

  • Lead discovery and transformation efforts across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to uncover user, operational, policy, and technology pain points.
  • Shape future-state HR experiences, workflows, and modernisation strategies.
  • Prioritise opportunities and guide hypotheses testing through prototypes and experimentation.
  • Facilitate alignment across senior stakeholders, HR teams, engineers, designers, and policy partners.
  • Translate discovery findings into actionable roadmaps, recommendations, and POC plans.
  • Balance user experience, operational resilience, AI opportunities, and long-term sustainability in product decisions.

[What we are looking for]

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Platforms, or related roles.
  • Experience leading complex discovery or modernisation initiatives involving enterprise or operational systems.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity and organisational complexity.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across product, UX, engineering, and business domains.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management technologies, workflow systems, or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and strategic communication skills.
  • Experience in public sector, workforce transformation, or regulated environments is advantageous.
