SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION

• To drive & achieve KPI performance of all team members.
• Assist in project recruitment.
• Monitor and track daily activities of all team members by region.
  • Call of Achievement (Attendance).
  • Great execution.
  • Planogram compliance.
• Daily schedule adjustment (For Ad-hoc distributor stock in arrangement and absentee).
• Field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members​.
• Help to cover for the outlet execution (Vacant headcount and absentee).
• To support for Ad-hoc activation campaign.
• Assist in on-boarding field training to new members.
• Conduct ‘one to one’ coaching and mentoring with team members (If necessary).

Salary : RM 3,200.00 - RM 3,500.00
