This role sits at the center of a critical healthcare systems transformation initiative, focused on executing complex Epic-to-Epic data migrations for enterprise environments. You will lead end-to-end data conversion efforts, ensuring that legacy clinical and operational data is accurately transitioned into new Epic environments with precision and integrity. The work involves close collaboration with technical and functional stakeholders across multiple teams, including analysts, developers, and project leadership. You will leverage Epic Bridges and InterSystems tools to solve intricate data mapping and transformation challenges. This is a highly technical, hands-on role with direct impact on data continuity in healthcare systems.
