The ideal candidate operates effectively without a dedicated reporting team, executing deliverables while partnering with infrastructure teams and business stakeholders across parallel workstreams.
This position leads the development and execution of an enterprise reporting strategy and owns the end-to-end reporting lifecycle, delivering high-impact dashboards and insights that enable faster, more informed decision making while improving accuracy, efficiency, and user adoption.
This position requires the ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level, translating business needs into scalable reporting solutions while influencing stakeholders and driving adoption across the organization.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making, and continuously monitor and improve the quality and accuracy of reports
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports
Provide training and support to end-users on report usage and interpretation
Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert to business analysts, providing guidance on enterprise reporting tools while collaborating with IT infrastructure teams and stakeholders to deliver production-ready reports and drive reporting strategy, rationalization, and tool consolidation initiatives.
Ensure all assigned work adheres to corporate IT standards and methodologies
