Job Description
Key Duties:
Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to incidents and inquiries in person, via email and over the phone in a timely and professional manner.
Guide remote users through problem-solving processes and procedures.
Provision, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment, including toner replacement
Install computer peripherals and configure software for users.
Track inventory for IT assets, systems and software licenses.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
High School Diploma
Currently a college Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related IT field.
IT Technical courses and certifications a plus
Working knowledge of Windows 11 OS, enterprise desktop applications, and functionality.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail.
Good organizational skills with aptitude for a structured work environment.
Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 40 lbs.
Additional Information:
This is an on-site role; candidates should be available to work standard business hours and respond to equipment-related requests in person when needed
This internship is a 6-month term with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs
