Job Description
At the heart of Arabelle Solution HR, for the Region, the process expert is responsible for excellence in execution in their field, being guardian of the payroll and benefit process. Initially focusing on stabilization payroll process, its continuous improvement and simplification. Both participating in day-to-day activities but also running improvement projects for payroll and benefit function.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and lead LEAN project.
- Ensure SOPs are in place for all required processes and standards.
- Design, co-ordinate or adapt the processes & tools needed to ensure operational excellence, and compliance.
- Train and coach the team where needed to enable customer focused execution and achievement of agreed KPIS.
- Provide fast and accurate support to employees, People Leaders, the HR team, and other stakeholders — including answering questions, preparing analyses, and providing documentation.
- Define and meet relevant KPIs such as response time, quality of responses, and customer satisfaction.
- Deploy processes across the company as needed, ensuring quality training for stakeholders and clear roles and responsibilities.
- Be the technical and process lead for the tools and processes in their domain.
- Continuously monitor the performance of tools and systems and develop and implement improvement plans aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate effectively with other process owners and stakeholders to achieve a joined-up approach.
- Actively participate in / lead HR initiatives / transformation projects including Kaizen events, tool development and deployment.
- Deliver effective communications to all areas of the business as required, including for process changes, enhancements etc.
- Act as the point of guardian of compliance in the evolution and deployment of processes and standards in payroll and benefits.

- Whilst not a direct people leader the individual will be responsible for the delivery of their perimeter and will be required to manage virtual teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data.
- Strong knowledge and experience of HR tools processes and interdependencies
- Attention to detail, combined with excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Strong interest in simplifying and continuously improving processes related to daily deliverables
- Experience using LEAN tools for problem resolution.
- Proven ability to learn and manipulate new systems
- Ability to adapt a global approach to local constraints
- Excellent command of Excel and other programs such as Word and PPT
- Strong customer focus with a genuine desire to proactively help others
- Seeks contact with employees; accessible and responsive, capable of establishing links with all employees, regardless of their hierarchical level
- Understanding of HR concepts and principles
- Knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements for payroll.
- Rigor and good management of multiple priorities
- In-depth knowledge in the field of payroll and benefit and significant experience required
- Strong project management
- Oral and written communication skills in professional English as essential fluency and other EU language is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to transfer and catch knowledge
