Member Advisor (Enderby & Armstrong) Full Time

We are currently seeking a full-time Member Advisor to join our Enderby Branch team. The Member Advisor serves as a first point of contact for members, delivering meaningful experiences. This role assesses and responds to member needs with accuracy and sound judgment, supporting day-to-day banking activities and resolving inquiries efficiently. The Member Advisor promotes digital banking adoption by guiding members in the use of online and mobile platforms, enhancing accessibility and confidence. By understanding each member’s financial situation and life stage, this role identifies solutions or connects members with the appropriate advisor, supporting strong, long-term relationships. This role is based out of our Enderby Branch with travel to our Armstrong Branch as needed, to support business needs.
